Alison Rickett is a Principal Consultant at 3Keel, working with the Agriculture and Landscape team. She has significant experience of land and business management, and sustainable and regenerative farming systems and business formats and set ups.
Coming from a farming background, she understands the practical and cultural dynamics of rural landscapes and enterprises and applies this knowledge to help achieve impactful and equitable solutions across the supply chain.
She has worked extensively with farmers and associated industry groups across the UK, specialising in bespoke farmer-based training and engagement programmes and bringing skills in multi stakeholder collaboration and facilitation. Alison has worked on a range of projects at 3Keel, LENs, Natural Flood Management and Nature Based Solutions and Proctected Sites Strategies (PSS).
