Gemma is the Business Development Enablement Manager at 3Keel, contributing to a range of strategic and operational initiatives which support the growth and evolution of the business’ services for clients. Prior to this she worked within the Sustainable Commodities practice area at 3Keel, supporting large FMCG businesses on supply chain mapping and helping them to meet their deforestation targets.
Before joining 3Keel Gemma was a founding member of Creative Carbon Scotland, a charity initiated to support Scotland’s cultural sector to meet net zero and play its full role in building a more sustainable society. There she managed the Culture/SHIFT programme which brought together unusual partners to solve climate and environmental issues.
Gemma has a First-Class Honors Degree in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews with a focus on building participation in environmental issues through creative approaches.
