Yash is an intern within the Climate, Nature, and Resources business unit, where he specialises in data modelling and carbon footprint analysis for a diverse range of clients.
Before joining the team, Yash gained practical experience conducting carbon footprint analyses for the pharmaceutical sector using SBTi-aligned software. His background includes significant international NGO experience. This includes an impact data collection project for a Canadian community tourism NGO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on a global level. He provided critical logistical support for a renewable energy NGO ahead of COP28 in Dubai by being involved in negotiations with global partners to secure access to high-level UN discussions.
Yash gained his interest and passion for sustainability during his BSc (Hons) in Geography from Queen Mary University of London. He went on to complete an MSc in Climate Change at King’s College London, where he developed technical proficiency in analysing real-world climate models and exploring ESG policy and climate resilience.
