Björg is a Consultant in 3Keel’s Climate Change team, specialising in data analysis, GHG scenario modelling, and tool development to support corporate decarbonisation. She has delivered climate projects for a wide range of food and FMGC clients—including Just Eat Takeaway, Fox’s Burton’s Companies, and Tesco Mobile. She has led the development of tailored emissions modelling, including for Costa Coffee, enabling decision-making across complex operational portfolios. For Tesco, through its partnership with WWF, she developed a bespoke tool to help prioritise farm-level mitigation interventions in line with varying levels of ambition.
Prior to joining 3Keel, Björg worked as an Environmental Specialist for Icelandic Civil Engineering Company, VSO Consulting. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, where she focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation.
